Vintage and authentic European decorative folklore handcrafted witch

This witch is a part of my European collection from the 10 years of collecting while living there. Folklore is embraced and items such as this handcrafted whimsical witch would be found throughout the year in homes. Although we, in the USA, think of them strictly for Halloween or a kitchen, they’re a darling accent and conversation piece. Aged as a witch should be, she’s still dressed in such detail. A plaid tan skirt with blue piping to coordinate with her puffy sleeved lace trimmed top, she has a stiff crochet like slip trimmed w blue and tattered and worn looking bloomers edged w lace Knit socks and blue slip-on shoes. Her hair is full and up in an old lady bun. Face is stocking covered with a pultruding felt nose and beady brown eyes. She’s on her broom and ready to fly to your home!
