Vintage antique 30's size L white, red, blue stripe button cotton house dress

Vintage true antique 1930's 30's size L white, red, blue stripe button cotton house dress! Very retro. Nice larger size. Amazingly, it still has all it's original dark red buttons up the front. Pointed collar. Short puff sleeves. Two front square pockets. Has had a soak. Does show wear; one armpit has rips underneath, some browning in areas in front and back, a few smaller dark spots, and a few loose seams. See photos. Needs a little tlc but can make a great wearable antique dress. It's a nice cotton and held up well in 1 soak. Really cute. I can't believe a lot of these survived this long, I was finding books dating 1931 so could be a touch older as well. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 21 1/2 inches across. Waist - 18 1/2 inches across. Hips - 24 1/2 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 40 1/2 inches. About 2 1/2 inches of fabric under hem.
