Vintage aurora borealis rhinestone seahorse brooch

This is a beautiful very old gold tone seahorse brooch encrusted with aurora borealis rhinestones that shine with rainbow fluorescence. The seahorse has a white enamel “mask” around his eye. He’s very regal and would jazz up any holiday sweater, scarf, hat, etc. He is in pretty good vintage condition but with some wear including chips of the gold tone off of his curly cue tendril above his head.
