The Hermes stamps is printed directly into the fabric; if you see a Hermes tie where this is sewn into the tie, then it's fake. Also check the number of spokes in the wheels. Unlike the tie stay ("selfloop), the wheel on the stamp has five spokes instead of six, like on the tie stay.
