Vintage authentic feather hat: 50’s or 60’s era

Hats are not my area of expertise, but judging by style, I’s say this hat dates to the late 50’s or early 60’s. But as always, please remember, that’s just a guess. The brand name is Doris, and I believe this hat was custom made for the client, as it’s tiny. The circumference is 19.5 in. There is minor wear on the interior brim, but the feathers are all intact and in excellent condition. It’s a fabulous piece!
