Vintage baby hooded sweater sack dress

RN custom made in Spain sweater sack dress with hood. Zip front closure with ties for the hood and at the waist. Unsure of the size since there is not a size tag. Pretty good vintage condition. Only one place at the back of the hood where some treads are loose. See picture
