Vintage velour baby sailor dress - a little pilling on the white lines, see picture but mostly will be hidden under the collar. Tag says 6-9 months but it’s closer in size to My other 3-6 months. See measurements: top to bottom about 12”, shoulder seam to shoulder seam 7”
