Vintage ballet slipper shoe gold pearls brooch Cinderella? Dorothy? Oz estate

Beautiful gold tone probably plated, it's very thick gold and has no gold loss. This reminds me of Cinderellas slipper or Dorothy's from wizard of Oz, this has tiny seed bead pearls on the bow.
