Vintage beaded beauty!

Not even sure what to call this!? So gorgeous and the most outrageous vintage piece I've ever owned. I have hand washed it since purchasing because it was very musty. It smells much better now, but still very vintage true. It has expected vintage wear but in amazing condition. No "Big" flaws that I can see... just some beads here and there. It is absolutely gorgeous. Peacock vibe for sure. Listing as a 14w. Could accommodate a 16/1x because that is my size and it fits with room.
