Vintage black Cameo pendant in silver tone filigree setting

Vintage black Cameo pendant. Not sure how old it is, but the filigree settings all around suggests 70th or 80th. The Cameo part is either metal, or glass. The metal looks like stainless steel, but can't say for sure. The bail is a round clasp for easy styling with various necklaces. Can also be clipped onto a sweater, a coat, or a hat. In excellent condition.
