Vintage black and gold cloth evening bag / purse

This authentic vintage small satchel bag or purse is made of padded satin blend material. It is black with a gold clasp and a single jewel in the clasp. The cream satin lining is discolored from age but is otherwise undamaged. The front of the purse has a slight faded discoloration where the black seems to have faded and this can be seen in the pictures just slightly below the opening of the bag. When opened the mouth of the bag is 5” wide and opens to reveal an internal change purse.
