Vintage black and hot pink secretary dress

Vintage dress, black with small white dots and large hot pink, black, and white flowers. Bodice netted to keep it blousy, round neck, short fluttery sleeves. Elastic waist, peplum at waist with large bow on left side. Back has keyhole opening in back, topped with a black button. No fabric information but appears to be polyester. Tag: Tabby of California. Approximate measurements: Bust 40”, Waist 26”-32", Hips 46", Total length is 41”. Shown on Size 2/4 “model,” 33.5”x23”x34”. Necklace not included.
