I am loving the retro Chelsea collar on this vintage vest. 1960's - 70's vibe with gourgouse construction. Detailed with covered buttons, matching collar and faux pockets. Tagged a size 10 - but by today's standard fits a size 4. This vest measures in inches - bust - 35 waist- 31 hips - 36 length - shoulder to hem - 28 inches length - back bottom of the collar to hem - 27 1/2 inches.
