Vintage black and white polka dot dress

Vintage swing dress, 80s, size says 4, but it’s really more like a small 2, no stretch, well supported wired top and strong belt, quality fabric, great condition, black looks more like a very dark grey, and so fun to wear and spin in! I wish it still fit me! This one is hard to let go of.
