Vintage black beaded blouse

Excellent vintage condition blouse with elegant beading, flattering cinching of the waist, and slightly puffed 3/4 length sleeves. 18" across bust, but there is NO stretch so please be sure of your measurements (it is tight on me and was sold as a medium, so I am listing as a small for better accuracy). Beading is in flawless condition, no defects.
