Vintage, black & blue Tartan plaid wool wrap skirt w/ fringe. Size 8

This vintage wool wrap skirt has had its brand and fabric tags removed. This maxi skirt is Multi-Color primarily black, blue and red Tartan plaid print. The fringe on the side gives this skirt an added extra flair. There is a small hole near the top of the skirt and you can't see the hole when the skirt is on and tied.
