Vintage, black dress from 1950s

Vintage, black dress, likely late 1940s. Crepe skirt (likely wool crepe) with crocheted/embroidered/lace short sleeves and bodice. Bodice also has nude colored fabric underneath the crocheted/embroidered/lace area that simulates "white"/tan skin. The crocheted/embroidered/lace area hangs detached over the waist and is not attached throughout the bodice area, but rather only on each side where it meets the sleeves and at the top. Shoulder to shoulder measurement is 16"; Length from shoulder is 42". Garment is lined in black satin. No tag. May be hand made. Flattering fit with darts sewn on sides of back and down the back of the thigh. Zips down the back and is easy to put on and take off. There are a couple very small pulls in the fabric in the front of the skirt. Not noticeable unless you look very closely. Pictures of the two small pulls are posted, but note they are not noticeable in the cover photo of the front. This is a very feminine, lovely vintage garment.
