Vintage black floral spaghetti strap formal gown

Strappy black floor length dress with two slits and a small bust. Features a super cute print with purple and orange/red flowers and yellow butterflies. Size listed as small but fits more like XXS - see measurement pictures (14 inches wide). I believe it is from the 1990s.
