There are no defects or flaws. The dress was worn once. Measurements? Not sure what you mean. It is loose fitting from the waist down and falls softly. It's very comfortable.

Okay, I hope this helps. The dress has a lot of give to it. The bust measures 16 1/2 so that would be a total of 33 and at the waist line it measures 16 or a total of 32. But like I said, there’s a lot to give and there is elastic at the waist line. It’s very comfy and I only wore it once!
