Vintage black lacquered woven narrow straw "cloche" style hat

This is a second fantastic vintage black lacquered woven narrow straw "cloche" style hat that has made a baby with a "boater" style hat. It is finished with a wide black grosgrain ribbon and a smaller second ribbon tied in a bow. The bow could use a lesson in posture. It is unlined but has a sturdy inside headband. No size indicated, but I would guess a small to medium women's head size. If size markers from other hats in this collection are any indication, it is possibly a 22" or 24" crown.
