Vintage black leather and bronze belt

I have no idea about the origin of this belt, other than it’s vintage and absolutely exquisite! Amazing bronze pieces adorn 1.75”H x 33” long soft, supple black leather. The tassels add another 10.5” to each side. No flaws. Great with a coat or it will sit on hips over a caftan or dress.
