Vintage black polka dot sheer lined XL office blouse, Clues Collections

Cute vintage polka dot blouse. Good for “back to office” or travel. Sheer 100% polyester fabric; torso lined with black 100% polyester lining. The brand is Clues Collections. Made in China but vintage era. Tag says XL. Model wears a medium. Waist, neck and wrist openings are finished with elastic. Freshly soaked in vinegar water and washed twice. No flaws that I could find. No need to iron after laundry. Measurements: Underarm to underarm: 27 1/2” Nape of neck to waist hem: 22 1/4”
