Vintage black polka dot silk taffeta gathered waist skirt. Fully lined. 30" waist. 27" length. Skirt may be lengthened b/c there is at least 6" of fabric on underside. Double fastener side closure. Made by my mother. The polka dots have a flat texture to them. There are a few unnoticeable thread pulls that can be cut off.
