Vintage black ruffle skirt

Long straight black acetate skirt with four rows of ruffles at the bottom. It’s from Chelsea Girl from England in the 80’s! Made in the UK. Good for period costume, masked balls, and Bauhaus concerts. The seams and elastic are still in good condition and there are no holes or stains. Acetate is silky but crisp and rustle-y. Handwash. UK size 12 is a US 6-8 Waist 12 in. across (unstretched) Width 19 in. across Length 34 in. You can also wear it as a flapper dress if it fits you like that one!
