Vintage black ruffled dress

I will call this vintage because I bought this dress new in 2005, so to me it’s vintage, maybe not definition of vintage. I wore one time only. It’s stretchy and comfortable. Made in the USA. See tag for content. I am 5’3” and it is right at my knees in center. Sides are slightly longer as it’s not a straight cut type dress. Sz Medium(I’d describe as junior ladies fit). Black fabric with sequins and silver thread.
