Vintage black short sleeve sweater - size small but could fit medium.

Vintage Cathy Daniels black short sleeve sweater with embroidered black flowers. Measures approximately 19” across bust (estimate 38”) - size small but I also think could fit a medium. some of the flowers are a little fuzzy but great condition.
