Vintage black sleeveless dress. Flapper style. Satin. Brand Act I New York. Tag says 11/12, fits more like an 8/10, please see measurements in the photos. I’m 5’6 and this dress falls just below the knees, the first ruffle seam is at the bum and has no stretch. 80’s dress designed like a flapper retro style dress. Zip back. Super cute and great condition, slight darker at one spot in photo, but you have to look for it. Slight smell of perfume.
