Vintage black velour dress

Sexy lil black velour/velvet dress with dramatic sweetheart neckline. Bought vintage but never worn by me. Zips up the back. It has shoulder pads for that 80s/90s fabulous look, but they can be easily removed. Hits just above the knee on me (5’2”). The tag says 4P but it fits more like a 6, unless you want a kind of baggy look.
