Vintage black, velour military style jacket from Pepe Jeans

I bought this jacket in Paris nearly 20 years ago. It is in excellent condition for its age. I had it fully relined in red paisley satin by a high-end tailor several years ago. The label says it is a small, but it fits very much like a medium. There is virtually no wear and tear on this jacket, other than a little bit on the sleeve reinforcements Please note the photo showing some stitching has come apart at the gusset in the back.
