Vintage black velour shirt sz XL

This is a black velvet / velour skirt with a fluted hem. This is from around year 2000. The size is Extra Large petite. Waist is 16 in flat but stretches Length is 24 in There is elastic on the waist. No pockets. You pull it on, so there are no buttons or a zipper. From a pet free smoke free house.
