Vintage black velvet Zum Zum off the shoulder mini dress 80s/90s

Gorgeous vintage black velvet off the shoulder body hugging mini dress. Ribbed bodice. Acetate and nylon material. Dry clean preferred but I hand washed and hung it to dry perfectly. Excellent vintage condition. Brand is Zum Zum. Zipper works just fine. No flaws that I noticed. Would be perfect for prom, another formal dance, or just a night out for the fashion forward type. Size 3/4 (Small).
