Vintage black velvet blazer

Vintage black velvet blazer by Chaya in very good condition vintage condition. Tag says size 11/12 but fits more like a modern 6-8 (please see measurements). One small rub mark on upper back shoulder that is barely noticeable. (note: black items are so difficult to photograph and photos make it appear like there is a lot of lint or fuzz when this is actually not the case.)
