Vintage black velvet midi skirt with ruffle detail

Vintage black velvet midi skirt from the 70s/80s. Ruffle detail at the waist. Double buttons and zipper finish. No flaws! Good vintage condition. Did not photograph well as my camera picked up every speck of dust against that velvety black background 🙄 13” waist. Total length is around 30”.
