Vintage black velvet mini dress NWT size 7 with chiffon beaded

Absolutely beautiful dress a through back to the 1940 ‘s perfect for a singer ir performer or just to look romantic on a special occasion It has elevated padding to support the lovely neckline and divine scarf. Dates to late 80 ‘s or 1990 at the latest All the tags are attached it was a gift to me but i never wore it There is bedding and in the back a few are not complete but i doubt it would be noticeable and you could repair or remove it in some way as the hem is in the back which is not obvious It is size 7 /8 misses Length is top of knee for petites and under 5 6
