Vintage black velvet with bow dress.

Vintage cute and flirty dress. Velvet on top with big bow. Rest of dress feels like polyester blend. No tag inside with material info. Has a black polyester lining. Please message me with any questions. It is vintage so a few imperfections. Bought at a vintage store 30 years ago. I don’t know what year it was made. Waist is 11 inches and length is 34 inches.
