Vintage blouse

this is a vintage top made by Bud fashions it says it is a size 38 so that is a size small medium it is black and white striped has a pocket in the front it's got the kind of silky feel I'm not sure what the material really is the text worn and this is a vintage shirt and it isn't very good condition.
