Vintage blouse with collar bow

This blouse is super cute and in decent vintage condition. There is a small hole near the collar that can be stitched up, but it does not show when the bow is tied. The tag says “12” but this fits like a loose small. Would look perfect with skinny jeans and cute flats in the Fall or tucked into a skirt in Spring Feel free to make reasonable offers!
