Vintage blouse/sweater or tie pin

I squired this from my mom who found it in a thrift store down in Texas. From the marking it looks like it could be a good quality jewelry maker. I have no use for it but I think it's beautiful, subtle and extremely classy piece for those who connect to the cross symbol.
