Vintage blue and white floral dress

Sweet 1970s light blue with white flowers. Does not have fabric info but it feels like a poly/cotton blend. V-neck, Zips up the back sweet little ties come from the back wrap around the front to tie anyway you choose. Marked a vintage size 12 . Label reads “The Wilroy Traveler” and a second label reads “Browmstone studios”. No flaws or blemishes to note.
