Vintage blue dress

Vintage dress with blue dot embroidered details. Sleeves hit above the elbow. Cinched waist. Cute vintage buttons but one is missing (shown in picture). Some wear and frayed threads at shoulders (pictured), but otherwise in great condition for a vintage piece.
