Vintage blue leather skirt, Sz 8, beads along hem

I purchased this skirt at a boutique in the late 90's. Never actually wore it and only recently found it in a closet in my parents' house -- it's too small for me now! Hopefully some lovely posher will get to enjoy it! Measures 19.5" waist to hem.
