Vintage blue stripe lightweight dress

This is a lightweight, flow-y and very unique cottage-y dress with an elastic waist and quarter inch, billow-y sleeves. It's definitely pilling but it feels somewhat intentional with the fabric. There's a little stain which is pictured and a little hole. I also cut the inner tag flap and tag out to keep it out of the way. Pit to pit: 23 inches Length: 40 inches (top half is 15 inches, skirt portion is 25 inches) Waist (elastic): 11 inches (unstretched) - 16.5 inches (stretched) Sleeves: 18.5 inches I would say it's a smaller Medium
