Vintage blue turtleneck ribbed cotton sweater in EVC

This is out of my sister’s closet. I believe it was purchased back in the 80’s or 90’s from Victoria’s Secret before they had stores. You could only order from the catalog by phone. Refer to pictures for measurements and condition as they are part of the description. This sweater is in great condition for its age. No known or seen flaws. The color is closet to the arm length measurement and the care tag. There looks to be some discoloration in photos but no defects in the color of this sweater.
