This vintage dress is made out of rayon in a blue with white polka dot print.
It’s a size 6 with elastic waistband. It can be stretched to a waist size 28 but the snap will snap off.
It has a button to close and the bottom string is a little lose but it’s an easy fix.
It measures 30.5 inches from waist to hem
