Vintage blue/white polka dot flower nylon dress LOWEST PRICE BUNDLE TO SAFE

This blue/white polka dot, with peach/yellow/green leaf small flower print is notably a well loved dress!! It is so super soft and light weight. There are 4 areas that need TLC mending. Under both arms, a small section on rear L) neck and L) lateral hem. Has a coordinating tie belt to accentuate ones waistline with 2 side fabric belt loops. See images for details. I purchased it from an upscale resale shop with intention of mending these areas.... Smoke free/pet free home.
