Vintage brass cloisonne bell

this is a beautiful made brass bell with a cloisonne design floral pattern has a beautiful, clear ring. elaborate handle. has minor, vintage wear. I do not see a maker name on it. could use some cleaning. measures approximately 7" tall, 3 1/2" across bottom of bell. beautiful!!
