Vintage brass paddle runway bib statement necklace

Vintage necklace features brass paddles that hang with brass bench beads up top and shepherds hook clasp. Leather (features some wear as shown in pic) is attached between brass beads and clasp towards back of necklace. Necklace measures 21” long wearable and brass paddle bib profile measures 3 1/4” long x 6” wide. Good vintage condition except areas worn on black leather.
