Vintage bright green dress

Super fun vintage dress! It is a bright almost neon green crepe material and has lacing up the sides :) There area couple stains on the dress and inner slip shown in the last 3 pictures. *also note that the back hem is shorter and the slip hangs out (you could trim the slip or leave as is) No size tag but fits me and I am size 2 dress MEASUREMENTS: Shoulder to bottom hem - 31.5" Under bust to bottom hem - 21" Width under bust - 13.5" Top of shoulder to under armpit - 7"
