Vintage burgundy men's size Zip boots

pair, of mysterious provenance, is in excellent condition a tiny bit of wear on soles (they may have been resoled) and a couple little scuffs on uppers included a photo of the lining, which shows the excellent condition thereof, as well as some maddeningly inscrutable text and numbers pretty sure these are a size 13 because I thought I would be able to wear them as a 12, and they are a little big for me they measure 12 3/4" from heel to tip of toe shaft 6 3/4" opening 5 3/4 laid flat One note is that they use YKK zippers, which are the industry best just a very cool, high quality pair. I wish I could be wearing them but they're just a little big
