Vintage cap sleeve dress

Excellent vintage condition, feels like cotton or a cotton blend to me but no tag. Almost a rockabilly style dress, with the cutest square red buttons and the hidden pops of red under the collar, lining the sleeves and in the back pleats. Inseam pockets and cap sleeves. Modern s/m. Ptp: 17 1/2” Waist: elastic 15” unstretched, stretches up to 17” Hips: 27”/free
